While we can give you some good ideas for surfing nutrition, everyone is always different so remember that what will work for some may not work for others. Here is a simple key point to take on, eat real wholesome foods. Start with real foods that grow on trees and are not created in a factory. As well as fuelling your body with healthy foods that will slowly release energy throughout a session, do not forget to stay hydrated.
